If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged

Item(s) must have tags still on in original packaging

Item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use

Secrid wallets with engraved names cannot be exchanged

All leather goods to be exchanged have to be in mint condition


To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:


  • Your name and Contact number
  • Order Number
  • Indicate the product(s) you wish to exchange from your order
  • Reason(s) for exchange

Exchanges for items of a lower value will not be issued cash or credits.  Strictly no refund allowed.
