Secrid has created a collection of wallets inspired by Dutch masterpieces from the Mauritshuis in The Hague: A small world-class museum with a formidable collection of Dutch painting from the age of Rembrandt and Vermeer. Fabritius’ painting depicts a goldfinch in life size. Goldfinches were popular pets, as they could be taught tricks like drawing water from a bowl with a miniature bucket. High detail printing ensures that the individual brushstrokes are distinguishable on the
leather wallet.
